General Product Questions
The sanitizer stands include the stand and touch free dispenser but do not include sanitizer unless you add it to the cart and purchase. Simply add our sanitizer or your own to the dispenser to begin using.
Yes, please see our sanitizer gel which is sold by the gallon. It is 80% ethyl alcohol, does not contain methanol, and is hospital grade/WHO approved (see Safety Data Sheet here).
Our Enclosed stands are built for indoor and outdoor use. Since the dispenser is enclosed within the stand, as well as corrosion resistant framing and graphics used, the stand can withstand outdoor elements. Other stands and stations can also be used outdoors if covered by a tent or similar structure.
Yes we do. If you don’t see the size you need or have custom requests, contact us to discuss. We build many of our units in house and can likely help.
Our stands have a balanced mix of weight for both durability and portability. They can easily be moved to various locations and are made to stay in a more permanent location when needed.
Our dispensers can be easily operated by battery or DC power plug (not included).
For the stands and stations that we make in house, like our Enclosed Stands and Premium Indoor Stands, we offer an industry leading 10 year limited warranty on the framing and base (against defects in materials or workmanship affecting the quality and function of its products when used in the correct manner). The warranty does not cover the dispenser and graphics or cosmetic blemishes like paint scratches or dings.
Orders & Shipping Questions
For in stock items, we typically ship in 1-2 days. For stands and stations that require custom graphics to be printed/installed, we ship 3-5 days after graphics are received. Bulk and custom order shipping times vary.

For most orders, we ship via UPS Ground. For bulk and custom orders, we compare rates from many LTL carriers to help get you the best rate.
If the product you want shows out of stock but “available for backorders,” simply add the product to the cart and checkout. Your order will be fulfilled in order it was received when the product is available.
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers/ACH. We also accept checks for bulk orders.
We do offer a 5% non-profit discount for our products. Please contact us prior to your order for a coupon code that can be used at check out.
If your product allows for custom branding, we will reach out to you to discuss graphics after your order is completed and paid for online. We can provide you with the specs and templates so you can design your own, or we can assist with adding your logo/messaging. Once final graphics are approved, we send them to print, install, and ship.
Yes. If you’d like to just add your logo or basic text, you can choose from our pre-designed templates.
Yes, you can choose from our pre-designed templates and we can help add your logo/messaging to the stand prior to printing and shipping.
Yes, you can order new graphics from us and we will ship those to you. If not, we will provide you with the correct specs/templates so you can order or print them yourself.
Yes, we can also print many types of Sanitizer, Covid-19, or other graphics. This includes banners, signs, posters, decals, and more. Please reach out for a quote.
We are a family owned, experienced team based in California. We have an industry leading warranty on our stands that we build in house, have amazing customer service, and your purchases help us donate products to public schools.
Since most products are made to order, all sales are final.
Since day one, we created our Public Schools Donation Program that enables us to donate our products to public schools. Each month, we donate a certain amount (based on our total sales) of sanitizer, dispensers, stands and other products to local public schools.
