Choose a sanitizer bottle with a center mounted pump. Place your bottle on the platform, strap it in, and adjust the height so that the top lever presses down on the pump when stepped on. You can even lock the bottle in place if desired. Be sure to use a FDA compliant sanitizer (info here).
